This article was taken from a previous one by the same author (published on www.libnanews.com). It links the research carried out on the economic framework of the research, having discussed the various indicators, and can demonstrate the essential need for a mixed study following the methodological framework of the initial research.

Mental health, being a very important issue, has come under scrutiny during the time of the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown. This, by the reaction of many companies, employees or any other employee, who have dealt with this in very different ways. This question also aroused the need to launch a survey on the issue (see Fig. 1 below).

Figure 1: Demand statistics for mental health structures.

The explanation of Figure 1 repeats that of the previous article (published on www.libnanews.com). So it turns out that to the question "if a website (or a portal) dealing with mental health would be put online, offering training and/or coaching sessions on the issue, would you interested in joining their community or registering as a member”, 96% of respondents answered present. and, to the question "would you be potentially interested in joining their community via their social networks, if their portal would make this option available to you? This in order to meet our coaches, our mentors, our volunteers, advisers or assistants? ”, also 96% of the speakers had answered present.

However, to the question “If the online mental health assistance service would meet your needs, would you be willing to share your experience with your friends?” 95% of our stakeholders told us they were willing to do so.

This proves the real need to find immediate solutions to the problems directly linked to the deterioration of the mental health of the wage bill, in Lebanon, indicated by the marked increase in potential cases of anxiety and depression linked to both the crisis the country has been going through since July 2019 (as indicated by the survey results in Fig. 2). When conditions had deteriorated and the people had risen up against the corrupt political regime, made up of mafia oligarchs, in October 2019, three years later still at the same point: The mafia are still there and the lifestyle is worsened with a sharp devaluation of the LL pound against the dollar, the bread being currently at 20,000 or 25,000 LL (the current parity rate rises to ca. 40,000LL to the US dollar, a week ago, currently the LL pound is 35000 LL for the US dollar).

At the time of the Saoura, and the 1st Covid confinement, the parity of the Pound LL ranged between 2000 LL and 5000LL (period when the 1st article was published on www.libnanews.com). The saoura was promulgated by the government decision of the famous WhatsApp tax, and the ?? The bread is over 20,000 LL and people seem to be delighted, but are they really??

According to this statistic presented as part of the previous research by the same author (published on www.libnanews.com) describing the various causes of anxiety and depression, there would be a link between the financial crisis and the deterioration of health. mentality of the working force suffering the full force of the crisis. He indicated that in relation to the deplorable living conditions caused by corruption and mismanagement of the state (with the absence of reforms, budgetary and monetary policies), the cases of depression and anxiety would have increased, and other studies indicate this as well. And worse still, the large number of emigrants constantly growing, because those who can travel and have left, have done so. This being linked to Lebanon, among other things to the fall of the Lebanese pound against the dollar, and the unemployment rate. And to the whole world by the Covid 19 crisis. Consequently, the statistics are clear.

Figure 2: Statistics from a parallel research on the problems of mass layoffs or other problems due to mismanagement of HRM causing mental health problems.

Given that 54.54% of the respondents, of the scientific study presented within the framework of the previous research of the same author (published on www.libnanews.com), say to disagree with the clause that "In case the current economic situation would have caused anxiety and depression among your company's employees, its HR department has concrete measures to help them better cope with this”. However, 27.27% of participants had no opinion, and only 18.18% of the responses collected agreed.

It is clear that there is urgency. Especially since according to official statistics suicide rates would have increased between October 17, 2019 (date of the beginning of the popular revolt against our corrupt regime) and now, according to the data collected from the need to have, and urgently, a structure of support for mental health and well-being. It will get worse and there is no more tolerable excuse because the longer you wait the worse it will get.
